You can book the vehicles either by calling 01484 502206 or 07779 907908 or by visiting our website home page The form on the left side has all the details about the available vehicles on any particular date. At the checkout a small deposit which is usually 20% of the total rental charge is required to complete the process. The remaining balance is to be paid on vehicle collection.

For bookings made for a rental you must present the payment card used to complete this transaction when collecting your vehicle. All documents and cards MUST be registered to the same name, address and this person must also be present. All documents must be originals and not photocopies. We reserve the right to refuse rental and forfeit the rental charge deposit in all cases where details do not match. The Hirer and all additional drivers MUST bring the following:
1. Both parts of your driving license
2. Atleast One of the following: Bank statement, Council Tax Bill, Utility bill (Telephone/Mobile phone bills not acceptable)
3. Credit or Debit card with enough available balance to cover the deposit stated for the vehicle

Vehicles are to be returned to our Huddersfield Branch at the time specified on the rental agreement. At our discretion a grace period of 59 minutes may be allowed for after the time the vehicle is due back. After this, a charge for one days daily rate will be made for each day until the vehicle is returned. Vehicles must be returned in a clean condition as when it was taken, with the same amount of fuel as when it was taken, as shown by the fuel level gauge (not trip computer).

We reserve the right to charge the hirer for any damages to our vehicles and loss of business caused by the hirer or any other associated costs in line with but not limited to our Charges & Excess policy.

In the event of an accident you must obtain the full name, address, and contact number of all parties and witnesses involved in the incident. Where possible photographs should be taken of the scene. Under no circumstances should the driver accept responsibility either verbally or in writing. All incidents must be reported to us immediately on 01484 502206 or 07779 907908. We will then require an incident report form to be filled in describing your version of the events. If the vehicle is in an unroadworthy condition do not attempt to drive it under any circumstances.

The Renter undertakes to return the vehicle in the same condition in which he or she received it, save for the normal fair wear and tear in relation to distance travelled, including (but not limited to) tyres, fittings, documents and complete equipment outfit.

Our usual opening hours are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday. All vehicles must be collected and returned within these hours.

High Performance and large vehicles will be restricted to over 25 years only. However vehicles which are suitable for under 25 years of age will be subject to a young drivers surcharge where there is a driver under the age of 25 at the time of the rental agreement being made. In all cases drivers must have had a full UK driving license suitable for the vehicle to be hired for a minimum of 12 months.

A valid UK payment card must be produced at the time of vehicle collection. The payment cards accepted are American Express, MasterCard debit and credit cards (excluding prepaid cards and debit cards in Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain), Visa debit and credit cards (excluding prepaid cards, Visa Electron cards and debit cards in Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain), Diners and Discover cards. Auto Drive will charge the card the full amount of the vehicle rental charge minus any payments already made. We will then seek pre authorisation from the card issuer for the value of the insurance excess stated for the particular vehicle, this is to cover any incidental losses as well as insurance excess in case of an accident.
